Hi, I’m Nicole.
I’m a Nurse Practitioner with a focus on women’s health, supporting individuals through concerns such as PCOS, fertility, endometriosis, and the transition through perimenopause and menopause.
My background began in the hospital setting, where I spent over a decade working in areas ranging from intensive care to cardiology. During that time, I witnessed not only the physical impact of disease, but also the profound effect it has on a person’s emotional and mental wellbeing. And while I worked with incredibly caring people committed to creating positive impact for their patients, I became increasingly aware of the gap between what patients needed and what the system had space to provide. I felt called to support people in a more comprehensive and connected way.
In my exploration of whole-person healing, I was drawn to holistic approaches to health, such as meditation, movement, and nutrition. As I grew, so did my perception of health, and I came to see how various healing modalities work together to heal the whole person. That curiosity led to a study of botanical medicine — an ancient, powerful complement to clinical care that I now weave into my treatment plans.
Deepening into my own femininity unearthed a world of possibility I had previously been blind to. I discovered the strength that lives in softness, the wisdom found in stillness, and the power of truly listening — to others, and to my own thoughts and intuition. It is from this place that my work with women was born — supporting them to reconnect with their own bodies, their cycles, and their innate capacity to heal.
Today my practice is focused on women's reproductive health — working virtually with women across Ontario navigating PCOS, endometriosis, fertility challenges, and perimenopause and menopause. My approach draws on lifestyle medicine, nutritional support, botanical medicine, and prescription care where needed, always within the context of the whole person.
My practice has shifted from the hospital setting to private practice, where I'm better able to work with people in a way that is empowering and that offers an encompassing approach to healing that aligns with my values. As clients build tools within themselves, they learn to trust themselves and to be active — not only participants, but leaders in their own health. And every day, as I work with my clients, I'm struck by how lucky I am, and what an honour it is to support people in this way on their journeys.
